In a report aired on *24 Oras* by Emil Sumangil, the suspectβ€”identified only by the alias β€œTotoy”—alleged that Lasco was bound to a sack of sand before being thrown into the lake.

Totoy, now expressing willingness to reveal everything about the 2021 disappearances, claimed that other victims shared a similar fate.

Lasco, reportedly targeted for profiting from an unauthorized cockfight broadcast, was allegedly abducted from his home in San Pablo, Laguna, on August 30, 2021.

Totoy disclosed that over β‚±2 million was paid to have the master agent abducted and killed. He also pointed to police officers as the perpetrators behind the grisly operation.

Totoy presented a video that allegedly shows Lascoβ€”his face obscured by two masks.

He claimed the footage was sent by one of the leaders of the team that carried out the abduction.

Lasco’s family has since confirmed the person in the video was indeed him.

They are now urging authorities to provide protection for witnesses coming forward and to thoroughly investigate the alleged dumping site in Taal Lake, where the bodies of other missing cockfighting enthusiasts may have been disposed of.
